The UEMOA Court of Justice held a solemn session on Wednesday, October 27, 2021, marking the judicial reopening for the 2021-2022 year. The ceremony was attended by the Minister of Justice of Burkina Faso, representing His Excellency Rock Marc Christian KABORE, President of Faso and current Chairperson of the Conference of Heads of State and Government of UEMOA, the President of the UEMOA Commission, the President of the UEMOA Court of Auditors, as well as many other guests.

This solemn session provided the Court with the opportunity to pay tribute to the late Mendes AUGUSTO, a former Judge of the Court, who passed away last July.
