Fundamental texts of the WAEMU Court of Justice
The Basic Texts represent all the legal acts of primary and secondary legislation that create the WAEMU Court of Justice and serve as the legal basis for its action. These texts include the amended WAEMU Treaty of 29 January 2003, Additional Protocol No. 1 on the supervisory bodies of the WAEMU, Additional Act 10/96 on the Statute of the Court of Justice of the WAEMU of 10 May 1996, Regulation No. 1/96/CM on the Rules of Procedure of the Court of Justice of the WAEMU of 5 July 1996, Regulation n° 02/96/CM/UEMOA on the Statute of the Registrar of the Court of Justice of the UEMOA of 5 July 1996, Administrative Regulation N°01/2024/CJ of the Court of Justice of the UEMOA of 29 July 2024, Decision n° 01/2003 on the time limits of distance of 02 December 2003.
