Court of Justice retreat in Niamey, Niger

Following the swearing-in of the Members and the installation of its President on February 1st and 2nd, 2023, the UEMOA Court of Justice is holding its retreat for the 2022-2023 judicial year at the BRAVIA HOTEL in Niamey.

Led by President Mahawa Sémou DIOUF, the sessions allow participants to familiarize themselves or re-familiarize themselves with the Court’s fundamental texts and reflect on the improvement of internal practices. On this occasion, the Court will also work on developing a strategic plan.

The sessions, which started on Monday, March 6, will conclude on Friday, March 10, 2023.
