The opening ceremony was chaired on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, by Mr. Mipamb Nahm-Tchougli, Keeper of the Seals, Minister of Justice and Legislation of Togo, in the presence of Mr. Mahawa Sémou DIOUF, President of the UEMOA Court of Justice, Mr. Abdoulaye Bawa YAYA, President of the Supreme Court of Togo, Mr. Lodonou Kuami GAMELI, First Advocate General, Mrs. Joséphine Suzanne EBAH-TOURE, Judge, Mr. Gayakoye SABI ABDOURAHAMANE, Judge, and Mr. Jules Chabi MOUKA, Judge.

During the sessions, several topics will be covered, including the legal and institutional framework of UEMOA, the competencies and procedures of the UEMOA Court of Justice, and the mechanism of the preliminary ruling in UEMOA community law.

The seminar will conclude on Friday, May 31, 2024.
