The UEMOA Court of Justice, in collaboration with experts from the UEMOA Commission, organized a national seminar on the promotion and dissemination of UEMOA community law at the RADISSON BLU Hotel in Niamey, intended for judges, lawyers, and officials from certain administrations in Niger.
The seminar was launched on Tuesday, June 1, 2021, by Mr. Chaibou Mamane, who represented the Minister of Justice and Keeper of the Seals for the occasion.
The participants were briefed on the legal and institutional framework of UEMOA, the competencies and procedures before the UEMOA Court of Justice, the free movement of goods and people within UEMOA, and UEMOA competition law.
The seminar concluded on Friday, June 4, 2021.
