The Court of Justice is training judges and lawyers from Ivory Coast on UEMOA community law at the IVOTEL Hotel in Abidjan.
The opening ceremony was chaired on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, by Mr. Klofanahan N’Golo Daniogo, representing the Keeper of the Seals, Minister of Justice and Human Rights, in the presence of Mrs. Joséphine Suzanne EBAH-TOURE, representing the President of the UEMOA Court of Justice, Mr. Kalifa BAGUE, Advocate General, and Mr. Jules Chabi MOUKA, Judge at the Court.
During the sessions, topics will be presented on the legal and institutional framework of UEMOA, the competencies and procedures of the UEMOA Court of Justice, and the mechanism of the preliminary ruling in UEMOA community law.
The seminar will conclude on Thursday, December 7, 2023.
